THE CIRCLE AND ME

 
The circle is where I've found myself coming home...
 
 
One of the things I love the most is to stand in the circle, let the words and energies from the subtleties in and beyond me, flow through my body and heart into the expression ~ creating me, creating the moment, creating something that wouldn't otherwise come into being
~ feeling it uplifting, expanding my field of clarity ~ envisioning it mingle with the shared field of today's constellation of people and the dimensions beyond.
It is a flow through words, vocal sound, movement of my body parts, dancing with the energies available.
With my inherited and inherent intention, I trust that what emerges is in accordance with the purpose I hold within me.
 
When having experienced myself in a shared field of body-beings expressing their intuitive voices, that's when I've found a cosmic communion, filling the room, filling my soul, radiating beyond my understanding. 
That for me is a more unexplored land ~ a dream I approach through the field presented.

One sample from a precious time
 
Today we are 4 people gathered. I like when we are few. It gives more space for each one and it is easier for me to hold focus on everyone. Our first 'landing' round - our 'what makes you present' quest has led us into more awareness of the wibes in the air. 
 
Next round digs deeper. We choose to let the impulse move around the circle - one by one in a row. I sit as no 4 of that spiral, gazing into the fire in the center - present with my sensational attention. Feeling an impulse - I turn my eyes towards the one sharing, like responding to a call for being seen.
I do not always logically grasp what's going on in the other person. But I always sense something 'listening' with the wholeness of my being.
 
One person before me invites for a time in silence. It's a treasure being left space to integrate, to sense myself more deeply in this space. 
 
My time is approaching. The guy beside med hands me the 'sharing piece' - something to hold onto, entering this time and position of everyones attention.
Today it's a a croocked piece of oiled, shiny olivewood. The one who brought it here, has held it in their care for a while. It has been in many councils and countries - in many hands - listened to many stories. It feels so smoothe in mine. I feel my stomach calming, my presence deepening. I feel a subtle connectedness to all these souls and energies that were before me, part of them sitting here with me in THIS circle 
 
I pause.. I take a breath and let the words the sounds the gestures pass through me and let them go where they wish to take me.. as long as it takes, no more ~ no less..
 
Now moved, transformed, loaded with my heart's vibration, I express my full stop.'thank you'. It causes a natural change within me, from sharing to listening mode. As the last person in this round, I suggest  giving free the impulse. Being accepted I let go of the sharing piece for everyone to pick up. 
 
A song is being suggested ~ the circle moves its mysterious ways ~ the singing so perfectly confirms my transformed state of being and help me reconnect to the other beings present here.

I wasn't raised to sit in circles - I first learned its old ways from a Native American elder who had a free style attitude towards using the old wisdom in the contemporary world.
 
For me - the circle is a space where we give time, attention and integrity to each other. Where we witness and feel witnessed on our path.
It can be strictly structured for each to have their own sacred space to deepen and unfold - or we keep it more loose with room for interaction and spontaneous flow - it can alternate and take its shape based on what feels good and right in the moment.
 
The intend of the invitationen may point to flow with/without structures – and the spirit of today and our unique constellation of temperaments and inner treasures will show its ways.
