NON DISCRIMINATION
Everyone is equally worthy and equally welcome
- regardless of skin color, ethnicity, nationality, culture, gender identity, faith, spirituality ...
- regardless of external or internal challenges, superpowers / disabilities, what we are and are not good at.
 
WE ALL HAVE RESOURCES AND HIDDEN ABILITIES, GOOD AND BAD DAYS
In the space we seek
- to empathize and support the individual process, the ups and downs of life
- respect and acknowledge the expressions of others
- respect and acknowledge ourselves, our own boundaries, our own truth
- see ourselves and each other in the light of the greater potential we carry within.

We aim to 
- share from the heart

- be spontaneous, as it comes to us in the present moment

- a care for the sensitive and intimate space we hold together.
 

WHEN WE MEET UNLOVING THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS WITHIN 
it is a sign to look deeper into ourselves and bring the energy back home.
Knowing that none of us is above this (in our totallity as human being) - we acknowledge it as part of the journey.
 

BETTER REAL THAN PERFECT
it is good and strong to stand by oneself and reach out for help.
"We're only human after all" and as such we are perfectly unperfect creatures.
It shows us the way.

maybe specific wishes need to be expressed for each specific gathering
What happens in our space - in our circles is connected to the energy web of life we all are part of - and we all take part in with our the vibration of our being / by being who we are
- We may send out a wish / a prayer / an intention
that whatever happens here today - we wish it to be of the best and highest for the whole of all living and that beyond physical aliveness.

In these challenging times for the planet and everyone on it
I aim to keep an OPEN MIND, HEART and SENSE toward my own and others unique qualities and processes of Ups&Downs.
 
I aim to carry a VISIONAIRY COMPAS of INKLUSION and to look for POTENTIAL in any little thing crossing my path.
 
I seek to STAY PRESENT and LISTEN to a deeper / higher guidance.
 
I find freedom and richness in CONNECTING, EXCHANGING and COCREATING with others and the web of life.
 
IN THE CENTER OF MY BEING I FIND ANY TRUTH OR QUALITY NEEDED IN THE MOMENT
