FINDING ROOTS THAT NURTURE AND STRENGTHEN US

IN ONE STORY I WANT TO HONOR THOSE WHO CAME BEFORE ME
- THOSE WHO MADE ME & GAVE ME BIRTH
- THOSE WHO RAISED ME 
(who might or might not be my bloodfamily)
I can look at how it has shaped me and my path
- what have I learned, what has strengthened me, what has held me back?
I might see a deeper reason why the 'bad' and the 'good' things have happened - and put that to the story. I might find that my biggest challenge holds the key to a calling.

IN AN OTHER STORY I CAN REWRITE MY PERSONAL STORY
and make those who meant and mean the most to me my soul family.
They don't need to be present in my life - or someone I know. On my inner journey I choose those beings through whom I can mirror my strong sides and deeper longings to be my companions.
The thought, sensation or image of them holds an energy that will support me and evoke the qualities they carry.
 
If the story world speaks to us - there will be many more / mingling stories/ stories from different layers that support our
being / moving, changing stories - as we move and change along the way.

Through these kind of stories - when times are tough - we can find someone / something to lean our heart into 
TO RECREATE ONES PERSONAL STORY IS PART OF A WORK THAT CAN GIVE US NEW ROOTS AND STRENGTHEN OUR RESILIENCE.
