THE HEART AND BODY AS MY ONLY NEEDED FOCUS 
I'm learning this right now as a I'm writing and throughout my journey, through listening to likehearted souls - that all I/WE actually need is to heartcenter and root ourselves and from/through the heart EVERYTHING will unfold - will be shown to me and created - of what is my souls pure contribution to the shift of our planet Earth and the shift in being Human.
 
This is THE energy work each one of us (who feel called to this kind of work) can and WILL do through our listening and following our own unique path.
 
Freeing the flow of Source through the body awakens our divine potential. It may turn out to be an essential task. It may occur through practices and ways that opens our minds and hearts and subtle ways of sencing and listening.
The wisdom of the body may be the leading voice on the unknown path.
 
                                          
EVERYTHING THAT IS NEEDED WILL BE HERE FOR US!
When we meet, we let the inspiration of this special moment unfold from the sources present.
It will arise through our treasure trove of the heart and from all we carry within.

We may use familiar ways and forms to find our way. We may sing a song we have sung many times before, but when it is with a new and fresh energy, it makes every minute an adventure.
 
This website expresses areas and forms I've investigated through experience or they are natural aspects of my being.
From here forms, skills and ways to serve the moment have emerged.
As I aim to meet every moment openminded and with presence,
- give attention to that which needs to be cleared and heed the calling, forms may unfold intuitively between us and in new ways along the path.
