EMBODYING THE SPIRIT ⚗️

 
It is of my deeper knowing - confirmed by skilled teachers and channellers - that
we are connected to mother Earth through our biology and through the consciousnes and energetic field of our bodies.
 
What we do to our body - we do to the planet!
How we listen, how we care...
As interconnected beings, as 'one with' - any kind of conscious bodywork, embodying spirit and wisdom will influence the whole, will bring forth that which we reach though our embodied living.
 
Embodied living is also to bring our loving care into the physical environment - in our relations with people, the Earth and all its living physical and etherical beings.
- as an act of love for the wholeness - we may start growing a sprout in our own window sill or small garden - and bring a valuable contribution to the turning change of the planet.
 
In this sense embodied living is also 'world work' - is 'environmental' planetary activism.
To bring loving consciousness to our body and daily living on our small piece of the planet - at any time - is in our power!
